Price, Deadlines, and Order Details will be stated before commission

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. It must be disclosed before payment and might add rush fee (+25% of the price)

Inappropriate behaviour won't be tolerated - your commission will be canceled

I have the right to decline your commission for any reason

I reserve the right to charge fees for too many changes in your commission after sketch approval

The currency accepted is : Euro or USD via PayPal invoice or ko-fi commissions

It is expected that you deposit 50% before the sketch and 50% once your commission has been completed

I won't start working on your commission before the payment

I will not issue any refunds after the commission has been completed

I will not issue any refunds of the deposit after approving of the sketch

I will not issue any refunds when commission was canceled due to inappropriate behavior

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon

I reserve the right to do what I want with the Art (eg. post it on other platforms such as Instagram) but will give credit to you unless privacy rule specified

You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited

You may use the Artwork for personal use. Eg. avatars

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my portfolio. Privacy rule does not apply here

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes

NFT usage is strictly forbidden

For Commercial use, the total price of the commission will be agreed upon and deposited upfront

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. YouTube, Patreon, etc)

The minimum price increase is +50% of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more
